Rectangular gold box with rounded corners, hinged lid decorated with foliage on an amatized background. The lid is decorated with a central oval medallion framed by a guilloche of parallel stripes. The medallion presents a composition in hair. A fine frieze of interlacing and stylized fruits standing out on an amati background frames this composition. The base is decorated with parallel stripes and floral frieze. This snuffbox is characteristic of the objects of feelings of the beginning of the 19th century.
