Rectangular enamelled gold box. The hinged lid is decorated with a scene of young people dressed in neoclassical clothing and approaching near an altar where officiates a person dressed in the antique. The background presents a landscape decorated with colonnade. The landscape stands out against a translucent royal blue enamelled background revealing a radiant guilloché work. The framing of the scene presents a frieze of blue enameled circular motifs and left in reserve on a gold background. This frieze is repeated on the base, and on the bottom. The opening is decorated with black enamelled floral motifs.
