"Bulle de savon"opaline box and its hinged lid of a checkerboard size comprising four small gadrooned bottles with their glass stopper and their gilded metal lid. In the centre a finely chiselled funnel allows to fill the containers with perfume.The ormolu frame is chiseled with stars and flower buds and has handles in the shape of scallops, a lock decorated with foliage and four feet in the shape of a winged lion's paw. Circa: 1820.
Good condition despite some chips on the neck of the bottles and their glass stoppers. The lids of the bottles are not original.
