Cut-crystal ewer with twisting patterns and silver mounts. The collar and the base are decorated with stylized waves, diamonds, and foliage, and a shell adorns the top of the pitcher. Its high, C-shaped handle is embellished with leaves. Monogram A.J on the collar. Silver mark: Minerva. 1838. H: 11, 41 in. (29 cm)
